Ms. Rashidi received her B.A. from York University in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Thereafter, she attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and obtained her Juris Doctorate cum laude in 2010.
As a Partner at Hurrell-LLP, Ms. Rashidi focuses her practice on employment law, products liability, toxic tort litigation, and government entity liability defense. She has experience from the inception of litigation through trial and post-judgment motions, including law and motion practice, taking and defending fact witness and expert depositions on complex matters, and has successfully brought and defended dispositive motions.
Ms. Rashidi is admitted to practice before all California state courts and before the United States District Court, Central District of California.
